Tim Hall Trumpet

Tim Hall is a freelance Trumpeter in the Southern California area. He has been teaching for the past 25 years in addition to his busy performing schedule.  He is on faculty at Chapman University Conservatory of Music and Irvine Valley College.  He started playing the Trumpet at age 9 and has played almost everyday since. Tim was lucky to be able to study with many great teachers. His principal Teacher was famed Hollywood Trumpeter Uan Rasey.

Tim maintains a large private studio and has many fine students. Many of his students have performed with the All–Southern California Honor Bands, Pacific Symphony Youth Orchestra and Orange County Youth Symphony. He has had several students receive college scholarships and pursue music as a career. Tim is also in demand as a performer and has performed with LA Opera, Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, Los Angeles pops, Orange County Pacific Symphony, Opera Pacific, California Philharmonic, Long Beach Opera, Hollywood Bowl Orchestra , Pasadena Symphony, Pasadena Pops Orchestra, Pacific Symphony Brass Quintet, Eastern Sierra Symphony, L.A. Master Chorale, Long Beach Municipal Band, Orange County Philharmonic Society School Concerts, Disneyland Band and the Laguna Beach Pageant of the Masters Orchestra. He has toured the United States and Europe with various groups and lived in Japan for five years while performing at the Huis Ten Bosch Resort. Tim lives in Mission Viejo with his wife and three (Trumpet playing) sons.
